DIAMOND BUILD GROUP ACHIEVES INVESTORS IN PEOPLE GOLD ACCREDITATION

Diamond Build Group has achieved the prestigious Investors in People gold accreditation.

The building contractor, which specialises in public-sector construction projects, was presented with the award following a rigorous assessment. The process looked at the company’s performance across a number of areas ranging from the way employees are managed through to training and development opportunities.

John Gray, chairman of Diamond Build Group, said: “Only 17 per cent of accredited organisations achieve gold, so we are extremely proud to have received this accolade. This success is testament to our supportive culture and the significant investment we make in our team.

This means we offer a wide range of training and education opportunities for people at all levels, and which aren’t limited by age or time. This approach was one of the key performance factors recognised by Investors in People.”

Based in Tottenham, Diamond Build Group comprises three companies – Diamond Build PLC, Diamond Special Works and Diamond Fire Safety. This enables the Group to offer a wide spectrum of works ranging from major projects through to smaller contracts and ensuring buildings comply with the latest fire safety standards.

Operating across London and the South East, the Group has run a successful apprenticeship scheme for more than four decades.
